We recommend the right assessment – an EPC, a retrofit assessment, or both – and carry it out carefully.
You receive practical recommendations, explained plainly, so you can decide what to do and when.
03Pricing
Fixed prices for standard homes. Larger, complex or unusual properties – and all retrofit coordination – are quoted individually.
VAT treatment to be confirmed before launch. All prices in GBP.
04Improvement referrals
HENSS can introduce you to suitable installation partners. Partners carry out their own surveys and design, provide their own quotes, and install – your contract for that work is with them.
Our advice
Installers can only quote for the options they sell, so their first suggestion may suit their product range rather than your property. An independent retrofit assessment looks at your home as a whole and recommends the measures that will genuinely make a difference – insulation, solar PV and battery storage, or a heat pump – so any quote you receive is based on what your home actually needs.
Not every project needs retrofit coordination – a standalone solar PV installation, for example, often doesn't. Where HENSS receives a referral fee or commission from a partner, we disclose it. You're always free to choose any installer.
